Welcome to the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology. We offer comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for patients with cancer and nonmalignant blood diseases with an individualized treatment plan for every patient based on a multi-disciplinary approach. Our Division has numerous clinical trials underway. We believe in exercising scientific rigor and translating research discoveries into innovative and more effective therapies.
Diagnostic Innovations
Every day brings a new outlook on the future of diagnostic innovations for cancer treatments. New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, one of the most comprehensive university hospitals in the world, is on the cutting edge of transnational research. Our clinical investigations strive to “translate” breakthrough research from the laboratory bench to the patient’s bedside. We focus on the most current developments in hematology/oncology, such as genetic medicine and anti-angiogenesis, while at the same time maintaining a broad view on the entire spectrum of cancer research. Our faculty is committed to providing the highest standards of diagnostic care and to finding innovative solutions to improve patients’ lives and cancer treatment as a whole.
