Detroit MI. Lung cancer survivor, Gary Chinigo will be recognized by the Detroit Red Wings at tonight’s game against the Los Angeles Kings in the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Gary will be joined by his wife, Cheryl, and his Medical Oncologist Dr. Antoinette Wozniak as well as supporting team. Gary is a never smoker that was diagnosed in 2010. His treating Oncologist, Dr. Wozniak, is the President of the Karmanos Cancer Hospital’s medical staff. She has led the Multidisciplinary Thoracic team at the cancer center for over 7 years. Team Draft is honored to have him among our survivors. Team Draft would like to thank the Detroit Red Wings and Karmanos Cancer Institute for their involvement with our Survivor at Every Rink initiative. |
